Experience categories

One day. Endless possibilities.

Everything below is an example of what we can design, not a schedule of events. Nothing here is currently on sale or on a calendar.

Executive golf

Private clubs and championship courses arranged for pace, conversation and mixed ability, with caddies, carts and pairings handled in advance.

Sailing

Crewed regattas and harbor charters. Small boats create fast familiarity, and no sailing experience is required to take part.

Hiking

Guided routes selected for the fitness range actually in the room, with transport, provisions and a turnaround plan built in.

Kayaking

Flat-water paddles on coastlines, lakes and urban waterways, run with licensed guides and full safety cover.

Skiing

Mountain days grouped by ability, with lift access, rentals and instruction arranged for those who are newer to the slopes.

Scuba diving

Certified dives and supervised discovery sessions with licensed operators, medical screening and clear protocols.

Fishing

Inshore, offshore and fly programs with guides chosen as much for how they host a group as for where they fish.

Wellness experiences

Movement, recovery, sleep and nutrition sessions for leaders who tend to arrive at conferences already depleted.

VIP destination experiences

Access-led days built on whatever the host city does better than anywhere else, from private tours to closed venues.

Cultural and local experiences

Architecture, food, music and craft, guided by people who live and work there rather than by a script.

Community service and give-back events

Half-day service projects with local organizations that genuinely need the help, scoped so the work is real.

Bespoke executive experiences

When none of the categories is right, we design something specific to your audience, city and season.

Design inputs

Every experience is designed around eight things.

The activity is the visible part. These are the decisions that determine whether the day actually works.

  1. Conference location

What is genuinely worth doing within a sensible travel radius of the venue.

  2. Audience seniority

A board-level group and a director-level group want different days and different pacing.

  3. Group size

Some experiences are excellent at twelve and impossible at ninety. Capacity drives format.

  4. Season

Weather, daylight, water temperature, snow cover and hurricane season all shape what is realistic.

  5. Accessibility

Mobility, fitness range and medical considerations are designed for from the start, not accommodated late.

  6. Health and safety

Licensed operators, insurance verification, risk assessment, medical cover and a written contingency plan.

  7. Sponsor alignment

Whether a sponsor genuinely belongs in this experience, and how they participate without owning it.

  8. Desired business and community outcomes

Attendance, relationships, retention, content, community impact — stated up front and reported afterwards.

The activity is the excuse. The relationships are the point.

Photography and write-ups from delivered experiences will replace this placeholder as work is completed.

Let us design the day around your audience.

Send us the conference, the city, the season and the people you want in the room. We will come back with concepts that fit all four.
