Sponsorship

Sponsors support the experience. They do not control it.

Sponsorship makes ambitious experiences possible. It works because attendees trust that the day was designed for them, so we are direct about what sponsorship does and does not include.

Sponsorship provides

  • Brand association with a high-quality leadership experience
  • Recognition before and during the event
  • The opportunity for approved representatives to participate
  • Natural conversations with senior leaders
  • Positive community impact

Sponsorship does not include

  • Attendee contact information
  • Lead lists
  • Badge scans
  • Guaranteed meetings
  • Sales presentations
  • Product demonstrations
  • Ownership of the attendee experience

The value comes from being part of the experience, not buying access to the people in it.

Why it works

Being in the boat beats being on the banner.

A sponsor representative who spends six hours hiking, sailing or serving alongside a group of senior leaders is remembered. A logo on a lanyard is not.

01

Participation, not presentation

Approved representatives join the experience as participants. No stage time, no demonstration, no pitch built into the agenda.

02

Clear rules, agreed early

Representative numbers, recognition, photography use and conduct expectations are written into the sponsorship agreement before the event.

03

Reporting you can use

After the event you receive a summary of participation, recognition delivered and approved content — not a spreadsheet of contacts.
