Partners and audiences

Any industry. Any major conference. Any senior audience.

Zero Day Events is industry-agnostic. What our partners share is a senior audience worth convening and a conference worth arriving early for.

Who we work with

Seven kinds of host.

We work across the United States with organizations in technology, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, retail, professional services, education, government and the nonprofit sector.

  1. Large conference organizers

National and regional conferences that want a differentiated pre-event day, a reason for senior delegates to arrive early, and a sponsorable asset that does not clutter the main agenda.

  2. Professional associations

Associations serving a profession or industry, where the pre-conference day becomes a benefit members remember and renew for.

  3. Leadership communities

Peer groups and executive networks that already have trust and want a flagship in-person moment attached to a conference their members were attending anyway.

  4. Corporate executive teams

Leadership groups traveling to an industry conference together who want a purposeful day before the noise starts — offsite thinking, shared activity, or both.

  5. Customer advisory boards

Advisory board meetings that need a genuine reason for senior customers to fly in, and an environment where candid conversation actually happens.

  6. Technology and professional-services companies

Firms hosting their most senior customers and prospects around a major conference, who want a high-quality experience rather than another hospitality suite.

  7. Nonprofit and mission-led organizations

Foundations and mission-led groups convening donors, boards and partners, often with a service or community component built into the day.

What good looks like

The conditions that make a Zero Day work.

  • A conference or gathering that senior people are already traveling to
  • An audience where relationships matter more than sessions
  • A host willing to protect the experience from becoming a sales floor
  • Enough lead time to recruit properly — typically three to six months
  • A location with something genuinely worth doing nearby
  • A clear view of what the day should achieve beyond attendance

Not a membership organization. Zero Day Events does not run a community of its own and does not sell access to one. We design and produce experiences for the communities our partners already have.

Case studies coming soon

Example communities and partner case studies will appear here once experiences have been delivered and the partners involved are happy to be named.
